At Taevaskoja, a company event, seminar or company summer days can be combined with accommodation, catering and activities into one complete package. The accommodation options suit teams of different sizes and help create an environment where people can stay longer, slow down and spend time together outside the official programme.

What the Seminar House offers

In the Seminar House, comfortable and private hotel-style rooms await you, each with its own shower and WC. The accommodation is close to nature, clean and well kept, and the room allocation can be adapted to the group's needs.

Accommodation for up to 27 people

The Seminar House is well suited to an event where you want to combine accommodation, spaces for getting together, a sauna and time in the heart of nature. The house is neither a classic hotel nor a hostel, but hotel-style accommodation the Taevaskoja way — simple, comfortable and close to nature.

The Seminar House has 11 rooms. Most rooms are doubles; there is also one four-bed room, and some rooms can take extra beds for children or smaller adults.

The rooms have single beds, which can be pushed together into a wider bed if needed. Every room has its own shower room and WC. All rooms are supplied with bedding, bed linen, towels and sauna towels.

Rooms on the first and second floor look out onto nature and have access to the balcony. Third-floor rooms are under the roof, with a view of the starry sky.

The Seminar House hall holds up to 85 people

If you are planning a party with dancing and moving about freely, we recommend allowing for up to 55 guests. For a seated event the hall holds more people, depending on the table layout and the nature of the event.

The hall is surrounded by large windows, which makes the space bright and open. Air conditioning lets you set the room to a comfortable temperature, and the lighting can be adjusted as needed. In daylight, blinds can darken the room for using the projector.

The hall has a screen, a flip chart, a speaker/music system and a projector. Catering can also be ordered for the event on request.

Well suited for: for a birthday, celebration, get-together, training or other event that needs a spacious, bright room.

Fireplace hall and wood-fired sauna

The fireplace hall has comfortable sofas and a relaxed atmosphere. The room comfortably holds up to 17 people, although slightly larger groups have spent time there together in a more casual setting.

From the fireplace hall you go straight out to the outdoor terrace, where the hot tubs are. The hot tubs can be filled with warm or cold water as you wish.

Up to 8 people can enjoy the sauna at a time. The sauna and fireplace hall are ideal for rounding off the evening, as part of a birthday or as a quieter continuation of an event.

Note: for technical reasons, it is currently not possible to light a fire in the fireplace.

Well suited for: for a smaller get-together, a birthday celebration or relaxing after an event, a hike or a long day.

Small Holiday House

The Small Holiday House, completed in 2020, is a cosy house at the edge of the forest with two spacious two-storey apartments. The apartments share a well-equipped kitchen, a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation can be flexibly adapted for smaller teams, groups and remote work.

Camp House

The Camp House offers simple, affordable hostel-style accommodation. Rooms sleep one to six people, and each floor has a shared shower and WC. The Camp House is 100 metres from the Seminar House; on the ground floor there is a dining hall for up to 40 people and, in summer, an outdoor dining area for up to 80 people.

Guest apartment in the Camp House

Completed in 2019, the 3-room guest apartment in the Camp House is ideal for remote work or accommodating a smaller group. The lovely, cosy 3-room guest apartment is located in the Camp House and has its own separate entrance. The apartment has a living room/kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a private bathroom with WC.
